The teddy bear sunflowers ornamented everything from their handmade invitations to intricate bouquets, and even stood at the base of the amphitheater where the couple was wed. The colors of the flowers were equally expressive in the party’s espresso dresses and mini sunflower corsages. The couple used Daniel Doke Photography to capture all of their intimate moments throughout the day. The mixture of candid and posed, colorful photographs give the Luciano’s a close-up account of all aspects of the wedding. “There is no need to tell anyone in the field how amazing he is” the couple says, “but he did an outstanding job and I would refer him to every bride out there.” The highlights of the reception, back at the Mountain Club, included music from DJ John Poremba from Get Down Tonight Entertainment, who kept “the dance floor packed” and definitely helped “make it for us” the couple says. Also, Justin, who wanted to steer away from traditional wedding entrees, opted for the couples favorite, dry rubbed ribs, which was combined with cornbread and other southwestern classics. Lastly, the centerpieces were individual, layered cakes of vanilla and chocolate moose for the guests. Created especially for the bride’s theme, these unique, espresso topped desserts incorporated the sunflowers to the exterior. For the couple, Andover Cakes constructed a signature cake that included chocolate mountains, frosting snow, and miniature sugar skiers. The couple, thankful for such a wonderful day, says the “experience was unforgettable” and “was even more than we ever dreamed it would be!”
