House provide you with the use of their gorgeous mansion, but there is also a 2,000 square foot patio available, weather permitting of course, and located off the first floor. The outdoor patio area is used during the late spring, summer and early fall months. Generally, the patio is used during the pre-dinner cocktail hour, and is set with cocktail tables, and elegant lighting. Tents may be set up on the patio area for an additional cost.

Junior League of Boston held its annual decorators showcase in the house. Today the House is used to host corporate and social events, along with weddings.
